Shipping Policy

Within India

Free shipping on every order, regardless of value. We ship via Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DHL Express within India, with full tracking.

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2–3 business days from dispatch.
• Tier-2 cities & rest of India: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Same-day delivery available in Raipur, Bilaspur, Faridabad, and Delhi (orders placed before 12 PM, in-store collection only).

International

We ship worldwide via DHL Express, fully tracked.

• Delivery time: 7–10 business days from dispatch
• Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• Free international shipping on orders above ₹ 1,50,000
• Customs and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility

When does dispatch happen?

Since every White Hanger piece is made-to-measure, dispatch happens at the end of the production timeline:

• Sherwanis, Bandhgalas: 4–6 weeks after order confirmation
• Bridal Lehengas, Gowns: 8–10 weeks
• Kurta sets, Indo-Western: 2–3 weeks

You will receive a fitting photograph and a tracking number on the day of dispatch.

Tracking

The moment we hand your order to the courier, you receive an email and SMS with the tracking link. You can also track via your account on whitehanger.in.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot reach you after three attempts, the parcel returns to our atelier. We will contact you to re-ship; re-dispatch is free within India.

Damaged in transit

Rare, but if it happens: photograph the unopened parcel, refuse the delivery, and write to us within 24 hours. We will replace the garment at no cost.
